The owner of an Annville Township restaurant says racist accusations against him are "just fake news." Chris Behney claims a Lebanon Valley College student was being rowdy at Just Wing It earlier this month and used a racial slur. Behney says he repeated the phrase but the student claims Behney was the one who used the slur and then said he can say whatever he wants now that Donald Trump is President. Behney is accusing the college of waging a "smear campaign" against his restaurant. No charges were filed in the incident.
