A 57-year-old Quakertown man is facing charges for allegedly dressing up in a fox costume and sexually abusing a boy. Kenneth Fenske was arrested and charged Friday on charges including child rape during what authorities say were called "Furry Parties."
Documents show the incidents allegedly took place in 2009 with a boy born in 2001. Fenske is the fifth man charged in connection to the child sex ring.
