Lancaster has water issues

A letter from the city of Lancaster says there are problems with the drinking water.  The letter tells customers that testing shows the water has excessive levels of haloacetic acid.  The EPA says some people drinking a lot of contaminated water for an extended time could have an increased risk of cancer.  The city has reduced the amount of chlorine in the water and doubled the frequency of testing.
