Representative Patty Kim is pushing for higher minimum wage in Pennsylvania. Kim, a Democrat from Dauphin County, wants to see the wage go to 12 dollars-an-hour starting July 1st. Her proposal would also offer 50-cent-an-hour raises every year until the minimum wage gets to 15 dollars in 2023. The minimum wage in Pennsylvania is currently seven dollars and 25-cents-an-hour.
