(Reading, PA) -- Department of State election officials say the 6th District Congressional Seat has gone to Democrat Chrissy Houlahan. Results from Tuesday night's vote show the two-term congresswoman led opponent Guy Ciarrocchi by more than 52 percent in Chester County and a little more than 55 percent in Berks County. Houlahan was first elected in 2018 and assumed office in January of 2019.
