I had no idea that this wonderful area business existed in my home town area. Thanks to our Account Executive Blake Heiges and putting together his radio ad, I found this hidden gem in Colonial Park. Chef Frederic is what we are all about on Taking Care of Business. Spotlighting local businesses and making YOU aware of products and services you may not be aware of.
After hearing Blake tell me how incredible this little shop is.....I had to do a show from there and Chef was excited to. He welcomed us as he and his staff were putting the finishing touches on some macarons. In fact, you can actually watch the work that goes in on the kitchen from the showroom and chocolate counter.
But these are not just any chocolates. They are works of art....and the ingredients and tastes are unlike any chocolate you may have enjoyed. But then again, maybe you have. Because Frederic Loraschi chocolates are offered at some of the finest hotels in America.
