Taking Care of Business 2-25 Opioid-Heroin Epidemic

It's being called the largest public health epidemic in our lifetime.  Kids and young adults dying from addiction and overdose of opioids and heroin.  Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick and Cheryl Dondero, Director of Dauphin County Drug & Alcohol Services joins Sylvia Maus for an information session on these drugs and the number of new services the county is offering to save lives and help those addicted. 

Nearly every county in the state has similar services.  

Information every parent should know about.   Because this isn't just a "bad part of town" problem.  This is affecting kids in your neighborhood, school.....good kids from good homes.
