We Have It All In Pennsylvania

“HEY – HAPPY TRAVELERS!!   JOIN ME AS WE EXPLORE OUR BEAUTIFUL COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA WITH EXPERTS MICHAEL CHAPALONEY & CARRIE LEPORE”

We have it all in Pennsylvania – in fact, it’s been said “Pennsylvania has an Embarrassment of Riches” (Yes - that’s a quote from Michael Chapaloney and so true!) – with over 17-million acres of forests , 2500 lakes and over 83,000 miles of rivers and streams – yes, we do have it all in Pennsylvania!

Michael Chapaloney, Executive Director of Tourism and Carrie Lepore, Deputy Secretary for Marketing, Tourism & Film will be my in studio guests Saturday, October 16th from 11am-12pm on NewsRadio WHP580.

Stunning fall foliage scenery (longest leaf peeping time frame in the world – you heard that right – in the world!) ; quaint & off-the-beaten-path towns ; 12,000 miles of hiking & biking trails – and some of the best fall foliage drives (Elk Scenic Drive & Route 507 around Lake Wallenpaupack) , it’s easy to pursue your happiness in Pennsylvania this fall – including so many fun, quirky and one-of-a-kind sites, roadside attractions and autumn apple & pumpkin festivals.

Pennsylvania was the first capital of the United States and also home to the first and oldest zoo in Philadelphia. And…did you know we also have 121 State Parks free to all travelers and only one in five states in the country can claim that.

So many amazing (and colorful) road trips and drive to getaways – so little time to tell it all! (FYI - Michael & Carrie will be back in the studios with me soon to celebrate the holidays throughout Pennsylvania.)
