Located in the northwestern part of Pennsylvania, the Allegheny National Forest boasts over 513,000 acres of public lands open for all types of outdoor recreation. With 600 miles of hiking and biking trails – and 14 separate campgrounds, the Allegheny National Forest covers 4-counties and 100 miles of shorelands.
