Boneless Beef Chuck Recalled By USDA Was Sent To PA
(Undated) -- The U-S-D-A is recalling more than three-thousand-pounds of Elkhorn Valley Packing boneless beef chuck. The recall is due to the meat possibly containing a toxin that can produce E-Coli. The U-S-D-A says the recalled beef was shipped to hotels, restaurants and other places in several states, including Pennsylvania. The serial numbers of recalled packages can be found on the U-S-D-A's website.
