(Philadelphia, PA) -- Two Pennsylvania cities have placed high in a just-released study of the best cities in America for people living with disabilities. The WalletHub survey compared figures from 180 cities in a list of categories including the employment rate and median earnings for people with disabilities, the number of special education teachers in each city and the average cost of a doctor visit. Pittsburgh placed 2nd on the list with Philadelphia at number 8. Minneapolis Minnesota topped the list at number 1.
