>>State Human Services Official Warns SNAP Recipients Of Potential Scam

(Harrisburg, PA) -- State Department of Human Services Acting Secretary Meg Snead wants to advise residents of a potential phishing scam. She says the spiel comes in an e-mail and informs the recipient they've been approved for one-thousand-dollars in SNAP program benefits. But they must click a link and offer some personal information to get the offer. Acting Secretary Snead says Pennsylvanians should not reply or share any personal information if they are contacted that way.
