(Harrisburg, PA) -- A lane restriction is scheduled to begin Monday on northbound Interstate 83 and last all next week. PennDOT says bridge maintenance and steel repair is set for the south span of the John Harris Memorial Bridge between Lemoyne Borough and the City of Harrisburg in Dauphin County.  The right lane of northbound I-83, including a section of the exit lane to Second Street in Harrisburg, will be closed each day from a 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The exit will remain open, as will three lanes of northbound traffic.
