(Scranton, PA) -- A new study of the U.S. cities with the most challenging allergy seasons ranks Scranton as the worst in the entire country. Data released by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America put Scranton first among the country's biggest 100 metros for worst allergy-related health issues. The report looked at each city's pollen score, over-the-counter allergy medicine sales, and estimates on allergy healthcare access. Following Scranton at number one, other Pennsylvania cities on the list were Allentown at number 24, Pittsburgh at 26, Philadelphia at 40, and Harrisburg at 73.
