(Harrisburg, PA)-The American Red Cross says donation numbers are at their lowest in a decade. Peter Brown, executive director of the Pennsylvania Rivers Chapter, says the situation is reaching crises mode. He says drives at colleges as well as business have not been held due to people being home-based because of the pandemic. Brown urges people, if they can donate, to come out to do so - between now and the end of this year.
