Hempfield Athletic Director Starts Program to Encourage Referees
(Hempfield, PA) -- The Hempfield High School athletic director says he's trying to fill a need in the area to train and hire more referees. Ryan Landis says the school's is offering a new "Officiating Course" that will start next fall. It's only offered for juniors and seniors and can be an elective for seniors and seniors to fulfill physical education requirements.
