(Lebanon County, PA) -- The federal government is ordering a Lebanon County home care agency to pay employees more than a million dollars. The U.S. Department of Labor says WiCare Home Care Agency committed wage violations against almost 200 employees, including not paying them for all hours worked and paying some under the minimum wage. WiCare and owner Luis Hernandez are ordered to pay the employees about 530-thousand-dollars in back wages and an equal amount in liquidated damages.
