Steelton Police Officer Charged With Rape
(Harrisburg, PA) -- Pennsylvania State Police say a police officer from Dauphin County has been arrested for rape. Justin Hain, who is 38 and is a new officer with the Steelton Police Department, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman. It allegedly happened in Lykens Wednesday afternoon. According to court documents, he was arraigned Thursday but hasn't been able to post bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for next week.
