Staffer Says Senator Fetterman To Return To Work Soon

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Although he hasn't given a specific timeline, a spokesman for Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman's office said Thursday that the lawmaker will be returning to work soon. Joe Calvello told media members Thursday that it might be over a week or so, but that Fetterman would be headed back to the Senate Chamber in the coming days. The 52-year-old Democrat has been being treated for depression since mid-February when he checked himself into Walter Reed. Cavello says Fetterman is receiving daily in-person briefings while issuing statements through his office and sponsoring new legislation.
