(Harrisburg, PA) -- The state of Pennsylvania will soon receive part of a one-and-a-quarter-million-dollar settlement from Carnival Cruise Line. The state attorney general's office says the funds stem from a data breach three years ago that involved the personal information of thousands of customers across the country. About 39-hundred people in the commonwealth were affected.
