FDA Will Order Juul E-Cigarettes Off The Market

>>FDA Will Order Juul E-Cigarettes Off The Market

(Undated) -- The FDA is preparing to order Juul Labs to take its e-cigarettes off the market. Dr. Susan Walley with the American Academy Of Pediatrics says she believes Juul has been a big part of the e-cigarette epidemic.

The administration has banned the sale of sweet flavored e-cigarette cartridges and has been reviewing Juul's data for nearly two years to determine whether they should be allowed to be sold. Juul stopped selling its signature fruity flavors of nicotine in 2019 after they were blamed for encouraging underage kids to start vaping. The FDA hasn't made any official announcements on the ban yet, however Juul could challenge the decision in court.
