(Scranton, PA) -- President Biden is promoting his Build Back better agenda to Pennsylvanians. The president gave a speech in Scranton yesterday during his first visit to the city since he was elected president, saying Scranton isn't his home because of the memories it gave him, but because of the values. Biden spoke for about an hour, touting his infrastructure bill currently sitting in Congress saying it will invest in Pennsylvania's roads and bridges, resilience and public transportation. He also spoke on his agenda which he says is a tax cut for middle-class families, funded by increased taxes on the wealthiest Americans.
