Officials announced that Derek Eberly will be the new director of the Governor's Advisory Council for Hunting, Fishing and Conservation. Eberly was a former Pennsylvania Field representative for the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, and he is the owner of Keystone Fly Guides.
