(York, PA) -- State Police in York and Cumberland counties are looking for a missing woman. State troopers say Meredith Keltner has mental health issues, a compromised immune system, and had been known to use illegal drugs. Last June, Keltner was shot several times and run over in North Codorus Township with Roberto Rodriguez and Francisco Torres Rivera facing attempted homicide charges. State police don’t believe her disappearance is connected to the attack
