(Allentown, PA) -- The Great Allentown Fair is canceled due to the coronavirus. Officials say the decision to cancel was unanimous as they are concerned for the public's safety from the virus. This is the first time in over a century that there will be no fair. The fair is scheduled to continue in 2021 from August 31st to September 6th. The headliners that were supposed to perform this year like Toby Keith and Carrie Underwood have agreed to perform next year.
