Suiter death may go to the FBI

New information is being released about the investigation into the death of a Baltimore police officer from York County.  Baltimore police requested last week that the FBI take over the case of Officer Sean Suiter, who was shot while investigating a homicide last month.  Attorney General Jeff Sessions said yesterday that the FBI will "probably" be able to act on that request.  Suiter was scheduled to testify in front of a grand jury the day after he was shot.
