Many PA communities say 'no' to mini-casinos

Two-hundred Pennsylvania municipalities say they don't want one of the ten new mini-casinos allowed under the new gambling expansion law.  Large casinos will be able to start bidding on the licenses in January.  The satellite locations can have up to 750 slot machines and 30 table games but cannot be within 25 miles of a competing casino.  Municipalities have until the end of the year to let the Gaming Control Board know if they will prohibit new casinos.
