Carlisle Events Offers In-Person Hiring Event/Job Fair March 14-15
Part-time/Seasonal Employment Opportunities Available for Summer Car Show Season
CARLISLE, PA – Carlisle Events, the company behind the internationally recognized car shows in Carlisle, PA, recently concluded its 50th Anniversary Season with much fanfare. Now, with the 2025 car show season less than two months away, the opportunity to work with and around some of the coolest cars and people on the planet returns!
On Friday and Saturday, March 14-15, at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds, Carlisle Events is hosting an in-person hiring event and job fair, offering a chance to secure summertime employment.
The two-day event provides multiple opportunities to accommodate candidates of all ages and backgrounds. The job fair runs from 8 AM to 7 PM on Friday and from 8 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. Prospective employees are invited to stop by and apply for a variety of positions, including part-time roles with the security team, gate workers, ticket takers, customer service staff, facilities crew, and more. Multiple shifts are available, with most employment opportunities concentrated around car show setup, teardown, and event weekends between April and October. On-the-spot hiring may take place.
Candidates are encouraged to bring two forms of ID and be prepared to complete an application in person at the job fair. The Carlisle Fairgrounds is located at 1000 Bryn Mawr Rd. on the north side of Carlisle, just off Route 34. To access the fairgrounds, turn at the light at the intersection of K St. and Route 34/Carlisle Springs Rd. and follow the signs for the job fair.

Applicants must be at least 14 years of age to be considered. Those still in school will need applicable work permits upon hiring. These jobs are ideal for students seeking their first work experience, retirees looking to stay active, and anyone in between.
Additionally, Carlisle Events is seeking college-aged interns. The paid summer internship program is designed for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing and event management. Interns will assist with the internationally recognized car events, with assignments primarily scheduled during event weeks and requiring weekend availability. The first large-scale event of the season, Spring Carlisle, is presented by Hemmings.com and features a two-day collector car auction powered by Carlisle Auctions. These events run concurrently, with Spring Carlisle taking place April 23-27 at the fairgrounds and the auction occurring April 24-25 at the neighboring Carlisle Expo Center.
