(Lancaster, PA) -- Police are identifying the man accused of stabbing two people outside the Islamic Community Center of Lancaster this past weekend. Authorities say Mohammad Abdul Rashid stabbed the victims following an argument on Sunday while a prayer service marking the end of Ramadan was taking place inside. Both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Abdul Rashid is charged with attempted criminal homicide.
