(Newville, PA) -- The Mayor of a Cumberland County borough has died. Family members said Newville Mayor Michael Croutch passed away last Friday after a nine-year battle with a rare cancer. Croutch was elected mayor after serving on the Newville Borough Council. He was 55 years old.
