Hempfield School District Teachers Vote To Strike
(Landisville, PA) -- Teachers in a Lancaster County school district are planning to go on strike. The Hempfield Education Association says members have voted to authorize a strike after failed contract negotiations with the district. The union says teachers have been working on expired contracts since June 30th. The strike is scheduled to begin on December 5th.
