Man Pleads No Contest To Sword Murders

(York County, PA) -- A York man is pleading no contest to killing his father and stepmother with a sword. WGAL-TV reports 43-year-old Levar Fountain made the plea earlier this month to charges of third-degree murder for the deaths of John and Mary Fountain in 2019. Authorities said Fountain was off his medication for schizophrenia and had no recollection of the murders afterward. He will be sentenced in November.
