Adams County Couple Jailed on Child Abuse Charges

(Gettysburg, PA) - An Adams County couple has been jailed on charges of abusing a child they were fostering. Steven and Kelly Selby were arrested last week; they are accused of child endangerment and harassment. Police say the two forced the 13-year-old male victim to "earn" back items like his bed after being punished. They were also accused of forcing the boy to wear a dress so they could verbally abuse him. The couple is being held in Adams County Prison for lack of bail.
