(Harrisburg, PA) -- Millions of dollars in federal money will soon be on its way to help Pennsylvania communities to fight homelessness. The money from the Emergency Solutions Grant Program will funnel nearly six-million-dollars to needy Pennsylvanians, including some in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties. Those areas are expected to receive more than 200-thousand-dollars, which officials say will be used for mental health needs, rapid rehousing, street outreach and emergency shelters.
