>>Penn State Forced To Close Shrine For Commencement After Vandalism

(Happy Valley, PA) -- Penn State officials say the Nittany Lion Shrine on campus was vandalized overnight Saturday into Sunday. The vandals reportedly broke an ear off the statue and splashed red paint on the shrine. Additionally, they spray-painted graffiti on Old Main and the Hintz Family Alumni Center. University officials say that the shrine will not be available for commencement photos and that police are investigating the incident. 

>>Bears And Penguins Tied Ahead Of Series Finale Tonight 

(Wilkes-Barre, PA) -- The Hershey Bears and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins square off in their round one series finale tonight. The Bears lost game one on the road Friday night. Sunday, the Bears were back home in Hershey and came out with a two-one victory, tying the series. The series finale is set for tonight back in Wilkes-Barre at 7:05.  

>>New Cannabis Degree Being Offered At York College In The Fall.

(York, PA) -- York College of Pennsylvania is expanding its medical marijuana studies to meet a growing demand. The local university announced a new chemistry major with a focus on cannabis. There are only a handful of colleges that offer cannabinoid chemistry degrees in the country, despite more interest in the field. York will begin offering the new Bachelor of Science degree in the fall.  

>>Man Shot In A Car In York Friday Identified

(York, PA) -- York Police are still investigating the shooting death of a man in the city Friday afternoon. Police first responded to the 800 block of South Pine Street for a vehicle crash around 12:45 p.m. Friday. There, officers found Roman Padilla of West York with multiple gunshot wounds behind the wheel. He was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. 

>>Mother's Day Truck Convoy A Success In Lancaster County

(Lancaster County, PA) -- The annual Mother's Day Truck Convoy rolled through Lancaster County Sunday. The convoy carnival, courtesy of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, brought with it clowns, games, food trucks, and more. The event kicked off at the Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction at 8 a.m. yesterday. Hundreds of people gathered for the event.     

>>Warrant Issued For Teen In Lancaster Shooting

(Lancaster, PA) -- A warrant has been issued for a teenager in connection with the shooting of a 15-year-old boy in Lancaster last month. The teen was shot in the torso on April 26th at South Queen and East Andrew streets. Police now say 16-year-old Jeffrey Moreau is charged as an adult with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and other offenses. Moreau remains on the loose, and anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Lancaster Police.

>>One Dead In I-81 Crash In Lebanon County

(Union Township. PA) -- The driver of a tandem tractor trailer is dead following a rollover crash in Lebanon County. State Police say the FedEx tandem collided with a car on Interstate 81 north in Union Township near the I-78 interchange on Saturday afternoon. The impact led to the tractor trailer rolling over, with the driver who was trapped in the cab pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the truck suffered injuries not considered life threatening, and the 18-year-old female driving the car was not hurt.

>>Child Seriously Hurt In Reading Bicycle Crash

(Reading, PA) -- A 14-year-old boy has serious injuries after he was involved in a bicycle crash with a pickup truck in Reading. The crash happened Thursday night on North Sixth Street, leaving Jeffrey Polanco with a broken leg and other injuries. The pickup apparently hit the boy and his bicycle head on, with the child dragged for a short distance. Police are continuing to investigate the incident and have not reported any charges against the driver.

>>Man Gets 15 Years For Lancaster Stabbing

(Lancaster, PA) -- The sentence is between seven and a half and 15 years in prison for a man convicted of a stabbing in Lancaster. Anton Callaham pleaded guilty in Lancaster County court last week to a felony charge of aggravated assault. Prosecutors say Callaham stabbed a male victim multiple times on Lititz Avenue in April of 2020. Callaham was quickly identified as a suspect in the stabbing and was arrested the following day. 

>>Fifteen Displaced By Lebanon Fire

(Lebanon, PA) -- Fifteen people are displaced by a fire in Lebanon City that damaged multiple row houses. The fire started yesterday in a row home on Federal Street and quickly spread to three other homes. It appears that all of the residents were able to get out of their homes safely. The cause is under investigation, and the Red Cross was called in to help the displaced residents to find temporary shelter.

(Philadelphia, PA) -- The Philadelphia 76ers are making some playoff noise following a big win last night against the Miami Heat. James Harden led the way for Philly as all of the starters scored in double digits. Philly has evened the playoff series after falling in the first two-games. The next game is set for tomorrow night in Miami.
