(Harrisburg, PA) -- Governor Tom Wolf is issuing an emergency proclamation for a winter storm expected to hit today. This allows state agencies to use all available resources to get through the emergency. Wolf says the state is prepared for the storm as agencies like the Department of Transportation and State Police will be working to ensure roads are safe and will be ready to respond to accidents. Department of Transportation officials also added that they will ensure that vehicles carrying COVID-19 vaccines will get to their destinations safely.
