Lebanon’s version of an authentic Christmas Market, inspired by the 700-year-old traditional German Christkindl Market, is a festive event prepared by the Friends of Coleman Memorial Park. For one day the Park is lined with festive outdoor booths featuring unique handmade crafts and traditional Christkindl treats.
Enjoy the many sites and sounds as you walk through the market. Adults will enjoy crafts such as hand crocheted items, handmade jewelry, and beeswax ornaments. Children will enjoy a visit with Father Christmas but better beware the Bellschnickel. And everyone will enjoy a variety of food offerings including sandwiches, hotdogs, and non-alcoholic Gluhwein. You can even pick up your Apple dumplings, Moravian Cakes or shoofly pie to keep on hand for all those holiday guests. It is truly a good time for the entire family.
