Join us for the 5th annual Move It For Manna 5K Run/Walk, being held to increase hunger awareness and raise funds to benefit the Manna Food Pantry. Beginning in the quiet Borough of Penbrook, the primarily flat course includes a beautiful one mile stretch of the Capital Area Greenbelt.
