Allentown is outlawing gay conversion therapy. City council unanimously passed the ordinance last night. The bill makes it illegal to offer the therapy designed to change a person's sexual orientation or gender identity. The ordinance is expected to be signed into law by Mayor Ed Pawlowski today. Members of the city's LGBTQ community say they're proud the legislation received unanimous support.
