Police think a child support dispute is to blame for a shooting death in Harrisburg. Gary Logan is accused of killing Christian Chase at North Third and Herr streets last month. Police say Chase was dating the mother of Logan's children. Logan, who waived his preliminary hearing yesterday, claims Chase threatened him and reached into his waistband just before the shooting.
